Agreement to Terms

Welcome to AquaLift Fremont Pool Care. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our pool cleaning and maintenance services in Fremont, CA and surrounding areas.

Services Provided

AquaLift Fremont Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and related services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate information but do not warrant that service descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for service cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For weekly service plans, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain a consistent schedule. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances may require schedule adjustments.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For weekly service plans, payment is typically due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension and may incur late fees.

All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Any additional services or repairs beyond the scope of regular maintenance will be quoted separately and require your approval before work begins.

Property Access

By scheduling service, you grant us permission to access your property to perform pool maintenance services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your pool area and for restraining pets during our service visits.

We will make reasonable efforts to secure gates and doors after service. However, you remain responsible for the security of your property.

Liability and Warranties

We carry general liability insurance and strive to provide quality service. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by factors beyond our control, or issues resulting from equipment failure not caused by our negligence.

Our services are provided as is without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your requirements or that service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall AquaLift Fremont Pool Care be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining adequate water levels in your pool, providing access to electrical outlets and water sources, and notifying us of any known issues or hazards on your property.

You agree to promptly address any equipment repairs or replacements we recommend to maintain proper pool function and water quality.

Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice. For weekly service plans, we require 14 days notice. You will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abusive behavior toward our staff.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
